After I opened it, nothing was being downloaded, and not long after I was greeted with an error message:
"Download failed! Please check your internet connection and try again."
I totally don't understand why that happened...
I tried:
- running it in Administrator mode
- checking if my firewall blocks it
- putting the .exe in various places (in Program Files, other folder, or just on desktop)
- checking my internet connection (of course, it was perfectly fine)
- redownloaded the client from my account page, but still the same thing once I tried to open it...
It's a new pc, the only major difference is that my new one is Win7 while my old one is Vista (both 64 bits), I literally didn't touch any setting except installing AVG anti-virus 2012 (also it doesn't seem like AVG's blocking it in any way either).
Still two weeks to go until BWE3, I'd really really wish to fix this issue before then...>.<
