He wasn't wearing his hat! Had I known it was him I wouldn't have distracted him! And maybe if he hadn't been wearing pants. HE WAS WEARING PANTS! I don't normally see a bear wearing pants! I was taken aback!

You wait until the night before when you know that it HAS to be done, and you write it as quick as possible. Don't even bother to check it for grammatical errors because you know it isn't going to help.

I already did that and it didn't work - but I got extra time to get it ready. I don't think I can take the agitation again. Not to mention that my conclusions are always crappy when rushed.

I just do them as soon as possible. That way they are done and if I need to make changes I can. Plus it leaves me more time for doing what I want without worrying about the stupid thing.

Depends on your definition of papers. If by papers you mean physical paper that one can hold in their hand, then no, unless printed out they are not papers. If you talk about the idea of linking together ideas in a certain order as a paper, then it is still a paper.
