Does anyone know if there is an NPC in WvW that gives you any missing trait/skill points that you'd be missing as a level 80 if you go in a lower levels?

There is none....you have to level your skills just like in PVE.
Edit: only sPVP has the up skills/traits npcs in the mists.

Thank you. I knew sPvP had that I just wasn't sure on WvW. Figured I would at least check before the beta started in a couple hours.

Just a quick note, when you reach level 10 or 11 when you first get to unlock TRAITS... PLEASE do not go to the WvW zone and RETRAIN yourself at the TRAITS trainer.  Please instead go into a city...like Lion's Arch, find a PROFESSION specific Trainer to unlock your first TRAITS.

WvW Train Trainers ONLY retrain your traits, NOT unlock traits... at least thus far for BWEs.
