But only interacted 1...
The problem is, when i stand at that Vista symbol spot, i looked around and there aint no map sign. The only vista i found(interacted) is in Rata Sum's 2nd floor.
I have also spotted other vistas but they were impossible to get to. For example, one vista was placed on top of an obelisk thingy and there isnt any way to get up there.
Other vistas are not even there despite the map showing its location.
Am i missing something????

There's only been one straight forward one that i've seen so far, it was on a hill. most, especially in the asura areas require a little bit of jumping and climbing on things, but nothing overly complicated.

Just look around, the map doesn't always show the symbol in the right layer.
Look around carefully. It can be on the roof of a structure you're in for instance.
Outside it works really well at night, since the map symbols give off a shaft of light.
I've found all vistas in Rata Sum, in Metrica Province and the first 2 in the 2nd zone so far. Some took a lot more time than others, but once you see them, they usually make sense.
Out in the zones they tend to be in high places. In Rata Sum they're usually in all kinds of nooks and cranies to show off the more hidden sections of the city. There's one on the bottom level (I think), that's on a tree root that's sticking out of a wall, it's a tricky one to jump too, and if you miss, the fall is pretty spectacular too.
On a similar note: the rewards for completely finishing a map are fairly spectacular.
For Metrica I got 2 good blue items for my level, a stack of crafting material, a bunch of transmutation stone and about 10 silver.

Well for Rata Sum, I got 3 basic transmutation stones, some exp and ... 1 copper. WTF?!? That was so not worth the aggravation of that one vista on a tree branch/root that you fell 1000s of feet if you missed and had to start again from a waypoint.

See, vistas can be found in some of the most spectacular places in the game. The problem is that now you have some of the most spectacular places in the game, tarnished with an insanely stupid floating map - preventing you from taking any screenshots.
WHY!?

Control+Shift+H gets rid of the UI.
While looking through a vista, the UI is invisible.
Problem?

Yeah, the Capital rewards aren't that good, but unlike a normal zone there are significantly less things to locate and no renown hearts either. And besides, you get 3 transmutation stones that you won't need to buy in the gem-store.

if the symbol is slightly transparent, that means it's on a different level. When you have the map open it displays symbols from all levels, not just the one you're on.

UI is invisible, but not the floating map. I think they should make the floating map (and also waypoints) dissappear when you press ctrl + shift + H. Though it's not really a huge issue for me since I always manage to find a good angle where those things are hidden
Edit: In BWE 1, we got nothing for complete city exploration. In BWE 2 we got a whole bunch of really good stuff. In BWE 3 we get transmutation stones(which are great) but not much else. So I seriously doubt any of those rewards are final.

It is an aspect of the game that in some places required a different kind of effort and had to think about. Some were really easy too, some were infact very easy, but I was blind towards it and trying in the wrong area xP
I even did not mind all the falling down and trying again either, I would get there eventually

As for vistas,I loved them in the Asura and Sylvari areas. The jumping puzzles were fun and sometimes challenging.
Speaking of jumping puzzles, anyone else love Morgan's Spiral?

I vote this.
The thing I liked about the vistas was they often had some small trick to getting to them, but they were very short puzzles (compared to the real jumping puzzles).
I got all vistas in rata sum and metrica easily, along with any others I encountered - except one.
There are a few tricky vistas in Lion's and one I couldn't figure out up on the "bridge of ships" - but I didn't want to spend forever there and gave up pretty quickly.

The first one I did was the long track up floating pieces of rocks at the Sylvari starting area, where falling meant instant death.
Reminded me of Prince of Persia.

Giant map icons + big floaty map things in-world = lead players by the nose.
I wish there were a few things like that, that could be flagged 'easy mode' and a client-side toggle that would turn them off.

Some vistas are nice, but some are contrived bullshit, like the Ruins of Ascalon one. It isn't even the best vantage point in the near area to have a nice view from. If I wanted a view of the ruins, I'd get up on the large, main section of the wall, like any sane person would. But no, the vista is on a precarious crumbling structure that stands in the middle of other such structures that actually collapse when you damage them. I thought we were supposed to be heroes, not suicidal morons.

I think the Sylvari starter area has too many PoI's/Vistas... 18? Really? Divinity's Reach has 12 I think... Either way, it was fun exploring in Caledon Forest... can't wait to roll Sylvari for Launch!
