That first link doesn't go where you think it does.
Looks similar to some of the armor. Check all the spreads and junk. I think the main characters have Unique armor though.

Negative. During the beta, those sets were available as T3 cultural armor for each race. For instance, Rytlock's armor is Charr T3 heavy armor. Eir's is Norn T3 medium armor, etc.

I think that's the armor the default preset Human/Norn warrior wears.

Certainly not... norn / human warrior present you have here http://i.imgur.com/Xajl9.jpg . Yes, it reveals little of the body, but that's another armor.
