Well its one of the best group support Elites in the game, RAO is for full on dps which isnt always filled by a ranger. Also dps builds that are not sustained by burst damage Nature is far superior

In the other hands... 240 secs CD (on Spirit of nature wont save u so much if u are 95% of ur time with 1/4 of ur HP cause u just rallied,  i surely preffer looking at some vid were the ranger is playing a bleed build and and uses RAO (120 secs CD) for the furry so a shit load of Sharpened edges procs, (in the case that u used call of the Wild for getting to the place and its on CD) or instead a bleed build where u root ur enemy to a 100% chace of a bleeding dead (Muahhahaha ).
