Problem is the only way to get a full dungeon set is to replay the dungeons 80+ times which is steep. More tokens should drop and there should be a random chance (if only 5%) that you get an exotic item from at least one boss. Putting people off of running dungeons won't increase longevity of the game, quite the opposite.

This is a very useful thread however I have to say I found the title a bit misleading, in that I was expecting (also) something about the actual stats&attributes, how they work in relation to professions, traits, any useful tips/tricks related to them. But I suppose that that is simple stuff easily found in the wiki.

Sorry if this has been answered before but where is the exotic item vendors for dungeons? I could only find the rare vendor.

Is it possible to make the pvp sets with more than 3 attributes like beserker and divinity? It seems to me that if you try to make those sets you will lose stats, but you could make the sets which only have 3 stats, like knights and you would have equal stats to the pvp version.

The thing is, in PvP 15% crit damage from amulet used to be the equivalement of 500+ attribute points, just like in PvE. Later on +250 vitality/healing etc. was added on top of PvP amulets to make it more worthwhile/less suicidal if you went with 15% crit damage route. For PvE it's unchanged, because it's far easier to kite mobs there and that was the original balancing system.

Some PvP combinations are also difficult or impossible to find in game, because they would be completely niche in PvE setting or overpowered. Another thing worth pointing out, in PvE your armour customisation isn't limited to runes only, apply orbs and crests at your will if they are more compatible with your build.

Just a quick update, re wrote large sections of the guide and added small section on ascended armour.
