I'm using build sword+wh / axe+torch = massive bleed stack + burn. I didnt know about 5% dmg reduction from thoughtness so I will try build with more hp and little less toughness.
At last stress test i was thinking about condi warrior (2x sword) - anyone know does his condi dmg is similar to ranger?

Hey, I know I told you this, but apparently Anet found out this was OP and put a cooldown on Sigil of Earth, which pretty much ruins everything, so you should remove it. Instead, you could say that using Hunter's Call right after activating Rampage as One can boost the pet's might stack by 16, and together with your other attacks you can increase the stack even further.
Edit: You should include off-hand dagger to the guide.

A quick question as I just realized it never crossed my mind to test this in game before!
If you equip 2 weapon sets of same type (let's say 2 Longbows), after using cooldown abilities on first one and swapping to 2nd one, will it have the abilities still on CD or they are all there ready to be used? (ie: are weapon abilities tied to weapon type or just weaponset 1 or 2).

No they share the same CD unfortunately otherwise we could just chain Rapid Fire lol

Your pets add diversity and utility to your ranger build. They can provide you with on demand conditions / controls over enemy, as well as act as a projectile blocker if you position in a line behind your pet. You get access to important conditions like blind, daze, knock down, stun, fear, immobilize, bleeds, chill, poison etc. Some of which you have direct control of via F2 key, and others cast by pet in his combat cycle. Which add a whole new dimension to ranger play in all game aspects, improving in areas your own skill sets lack, or complementing your skills sets in order to create combos (pet attacks can combo with fields, either as projectiles or leaps, not sure about blasts / whirls as I did not explore all pet abilities yet, saving it for launch day).
So in conclusion, pets play a major role in defining what you can do as a ranger and increasing the skill ceiling of the class.

I have a couple questions im hoping you or others can answer...
When using the power build with LB and S/Wh do you use the sword for just the evades or also as another damage dealer when youvare in melee range? The swird's autoattack can hit for some nice damage. Maybe even save quickening zephyr for it since rapid fire is already a fast attack.
Also if i were to make a melee build with S/Wh what is ideal for a secondary weapon set? (Direct damage ofc)
I was thinking axe/dagger or axe/axe or is OH axe not viable atm? Or should i just go with GS despite the slight nerf to its damage if i were using a melee build?

I pretty much explain it in my Build section don't i?
The sword's auto attack and deal some really nice damage, especially when used with a Pet Heavy Build because of Pounce but yes i sometimes use QS for that little burst at the end and it also speeds up the time it takes to Stomp someone which is a nice bonus
Axe/OH Axe is a nice viable weapon now due to the changes in Vulnerability and how Whirling Defense now works which can stack up to 12 stacks of Vulnerability
As for GS, i have not had chance to try it out really, never been much of a Melee guy so i chose Sword for Pounce mainly for my Spirit Support Build but i also like it's evades

also is steady focus rly worth it? i mean as power based we're like fragile so we have to dodge most of times: will we rly have endurance full during a battle? :S (i just wonder cuz i still havent tried the game so i dunno if it regens fast enough to take it)

We have ways of keeping our Endurance up, like Lightning Reflexes and Natural Vigor so Steady Focus is a little bit more viable this way, and with the LB we are supposed to be at ranged and hopefully not being focused but for those that have a playstyle that like to get up close and personal or are prone to having quite a few 1v1s then this trait would need to be changed.
My builds are only a starting block for players, you can change traits around and Utility Skills to better suit your style, as for the trait section i've not had chance to revise my builds since the patch, this is something i am looking in to.

You've been talking about the traits and the weapons as two different things. But isn't there a best "trait" set for a weapon set you use?
for example, if you favor the longbow or the shortbow, the Markmanship trait's are obviously the better option.
But what is the best option if you would choose to use sthe Sword/torch sword/horn combo?

It depends on what you want from your character, Power, Condition etc
Just reading the Traits will give you some insight on what line you want to go down.
