Hi guys!

I thought it'd be nice to start a thread of screenshots for Guardians.

Feel free to list yours! It will be nice to see what fellow Guardians we have in the GW2 worlds, especially when it releases. Hopefully this can be an ongoing thread as our characters progress through the game.

Here's my noobie Guardian that I created for the 8/9/12 Stress Test.

It will be my official main character for release. I fell in love with the class after trying it out during the Stress Test. :]

bump!! Sadly, I forgot to take one during the stress test, but I will be taking plenty at launch. With all my previous MMO's, I forgot to take many pictures, so I don't have many fond memories to look over. I will be correcting that mistake this time around XD.

I'm the same too, but I missed out on most of the preview events, so I will definitely be adding more to this thread when release happens. Looking forward to your screenshots!

Go into the Heart of the Mists - just to the right of the platform where you can buy PVP armor/weapons there are a bunch of things that look like jukeboxes.  Those are the PVP lockers - you can preview everything.  Make sure you set up your dyes beforehand (you can't dye in the preview interface).  Have fun!

Not my release Guardian, but he's just so darn cute I may have to roll 2 Guardians.  Don't believe me, roll an Asura Guardian and try zealots defense (sword 3), or Empower (staff 4), or just watch him lug a greatsword around.

Fresh out of stress test, here's what I'm rolling with. I REALLY like the black/white contrast :








And here's how I think I might gear myself.. combination of various different armour / weapon





For the curious the mix is as follows:

Ascalonian Catacombs

• Greatsword
  
• Shoulders

Honor of the Waves

• Legs

Crucible of Eternity

• Chest
  
• Boots

Just 2 weeks to go....

Funnily enough, that "noob gear" might be one my of favourite heavy armours. Perhaps because it doesn't actually look that heavy (not a fan of heavy armour).
