Fleet Shadow bug?

Hello,

I was using Signet of Shadows skill and Fleet Shadow trait. Both should give me 25% and 33% speed bonus..
However, for some weird reason, I don't feel/see the bonus from Fleet Shadow while in stealth.

Any idea why?

i believe that they don't stack

I don't believe any speed enhancements stack. You get the highest one on you at the time.

Correct - You can set your "base speed" up by 25% with the signet, but when you gain swiftness your speed will only go up to 33%.
