Ok so I played all 3 of the bwe's and most of the stress tests but I never quite tested this out, nor have I read anything on it. Would the human Elite Skill Reaper of Grenth be viable for a thief in Spvp circumstances? Reading it, it seems like it could be pretty useful so I figure someone must have tested this or someone with more spvp thief experience in the betas can give an educated analysis on this particular question. I didn't do a lot of Spvp as a thief in beta but I do plan to.

Racials can't be used in sPvP.
They can in WvW though I believe.

Correct, racials are disabled for sPvP.
Something else to mention that I see people confused on: You can only use the Amulet + Jewel, the Earing and Ring jewels do not count towards sPvP.
