Hair texture in character creation

Sorry if this is in the wrong section

Throughout the past BWE and recent stress tests I've been getting this strange issue with character creation hairstyles. It's not a major concern but still pretty annoying to look at.
Is this something others are experiencing? is there a way to fix it?

I'm using a Radeon HD6850 if that counts for anything
