Hey everyone - this is my first post on these forums.

First of all: can anyone decide on a profession? - The first beta I was involved in was the stress test yesterday and I just simply cannot pick a profession. The only one I rule out is the warrior. I honestly think I would be happy playing any profession.

At first I thought Mesmer - then I think Thief and then Necro. Does any one have any tips to help me out deciding? or anything to convince me to play one or the other? Mesmer (the profession I was set on) Illusion Shatter seems really easy to dodge - this puts me off.


Secondly: I have a question about FPS. During the beta I was streaming live on twitch and was getting a solid 30 - 40 FPS, a bit lower in WvW, but was running at around medium settings - is this all I am capable of getting?

My set up is:

Windows XP
AMD Radeon HD 6850
AMD Phenom II quad-core 960

Also one more question: is Upload speed just completely reliant on my Broadband (currently get 2.9mb) - Would love to be able to stream in HD without dropping frames on the stream.
