Last stress test, Aug 21st, I received my digital deluxe edition items for the first time. I double clicked to open the mini from my inventory (Starter pack) and it was with my character the whole game. But something weird happened, I didn't see the mini in my inventory again after I logged in to a new game. Every other DDE items were there except the mini. So does anyone know if we'll be receiving the mail again and be able to retrieve DDE items?

Nope, the DDE items were only intended to be used for <2 hours ever per account.

Yes you are. There was an official forum post saying this, but since the forums are closed now, I can't link to it.
Still though, yes. They said that aside from your contact list, ALL things will be reset on the 25th, including any gifts via the mail system.

It'll still only last it's time limit once you reclaim it, but you'll get them anew on the launch date.

We will most definitely be getting the items again at headstart. Whether or not they were used, the characters that received them will be deleted. They simply gave us the items to show us what they were like.

That is weird that the mini disappeared, though. I certainly hope they fix that bug before launch. That's the only one that shouldn't be disappearing

Yes we should get them again, I know many will be pissed if we don't, I'm prety sure Anet put them in to test things out and to let us get a preview of them.
