Mine was in the last 20 mins of the stress test and my friend and I found the instance dungeon in WvW.

When I went in and looked across it my jaw simply dropped then I grinned from ear to ear.    10/10 for amazing vistas Anet. Thx.

It's a tie between the first time I realized there were hundreds of people on my screen in WvW casting shiny stuff everywhere and I wasn't getting perceptible lag, even though my system isn't the best and it was still beta, and realizing that I could run around in WvW and contribute and have fun without needing to join a giant guild.

The first time I followed an npc after a DE to see what he would do. I was expecting him to walk a small distance and then disappear. Instead he walked back to his home, where he had a forge (we had gotten iron ore for him) he talks to a friend NPC how the players helped him get the iron he needed, they had a little more chatter, then he became a karma vendor selling weapons and soon after another NPC runs to us asking for help killing a brood mother.

I had high expectation on DE after all the talk of how they would be more engaging than traditional quests but I must admit this was more then what I expected! now that was a pleasant surprise :)

The first time I realized I wasn't walking with another player - it was an NPC with a name a player might make and it was doing things players do. The npcs in this game are amazing.

A bug that made me laugh out loud. One of my party members disappeared from the waist up. He was just a pair of legs running around killing things. I literally laughed out loud when I saw that.

At the end of beta event weekend 2 I reached a quest in the story line of my Norn Elementalist that required me to fight several rounds in a kind of small arena. I found this challenging and I had so much fun, I was sitting with a big grin at the pc, noticing that I can not remember when I ever had so much fun with solo content in any other game.

Single best moment?  When I created my very first character and wandered around Queensdale.  This was in 2009.  Since then, I've had an itch to explore that whole new (old) world.

Best single moment after that?  When I created my very second character and wandered around Queensdale, and finding I still loved it as much as that very first hour even though I was getting skeptical if I would even get the game...

Running in human starting area as tall as possible norn. I got quite a few comments on my height. Nothing too fancy, but I liked it.

The first time I saw a DE physically change the world. I think it was the combined effect of something really changing (even though I wasn't even involved in the DE in question) and the fact that it called back to post-searing Ascalon in GW. I doubt I'll ever forget that feeling of... awe.

So many things I loved, like seeing the Grove for the first time, having the Shatterer fly over me, participating in events with dozens of other people... However, I would have to say that my favourite moment happened very recently when I first saw my little Asura dance. Words cannot describe the awesome. :)

Yeah, it seems that those humans are easily impressed. The exact same thing happened to my norn guardian. ^^

Tried to take him on alone, could barely scratch him. A guy joined me, but it still proved to be slightly too tough. And then a third guy came by and together we took him down.
Absolutely my favourite moment.

Taking part in an event where you have to kill fire elemental north of Rata Sum.
Well over 50 people, nobody knew what was going on but we took him down....... after two hours of screaming, hysterical laughs, flaming at others, 50 armor repairs and 100 respawns at the waypoint

Playing with my guldies for the first time in more than a year and stomping our way as a 6 person group through content several levels above our heads. We kept pushing it until it ended in a spectacular wipe.

The one that made me laugh though was when there were only three of us. We all got in range of a heart at the same time, it took us the exact time to read what to do and then we all started attacking at the same moment. Also a few minutes later an Asura was activating a golem with a statement along the lines of "what could possibly go wrong?" and all three of us immediately backed away from it at the same time.

The 2nd BWE..me and a bunch of random players were in Wayfarer's Hills and had just completed the Maw meta event. One of the girls asked for help on a skill point, so I followed her to it. (it was someting like you had to fight some ogres or trolls..I cant remember exactly lol)  ANyway we got tehere and waited for like 10 miniutes and found out it was bugged. by then there was a large group of people there waiting. So i started running around the pole and jumping, praying for the gods of arenanet to bestow upon us this skill point since they had already taught us how to jump and about 15 other people joined in..it was hilarious!

If we're going by demos too than FIGHTING THE SHATTERER as an elementalist named Guardian (this was before the guardian was announced my online alias is Guardian) !!! It was from that point forward I was confident Guild wars 2 would be one of the greatest games ever. I have to fight him again when the game goes live.

If we're going just be BWE and stress tests than randomly finding the raven mesmer skill challenge when me and a friend staying up way too late were trying to hunt down skill points. Was an epic boss battle that came out of nowhere and was a real challenge with just 2 of us.

I have to pick just one..? Bah, forget about it, I'll be a rebel! Top 10 time!

1) Finishing the WvW dungeon for the first time after a grueling 3+ hours of pioneering my way through it during BWE2. Talk about gratifying!

2) Diving into Sanctum Bay and seeing the ruins of Old Lion's Arch, and seeing how spookily accurate the ruins were to the town in GW1

3) Shadow Behemoth, nuff said.

4) Finding Captain Greywind's gravestone in Ascalon Settlement

5) Ruins of the Temple of the Ages in Queensdale. Super creepy.

6) Stumbling into the throne room of divinity's reach, simply incredible, perhaps one of the most beautiful structures in the game

7) Making a Sylvari for the first time, spawning naked, nearly reporting it as a bug before it dawned on me how dumb it would be to just pop out of my pod fully armored.

8) Morgan's Spiral, and the copious amounts of deaths by falling.

9) Dancing in Lion's Arch, along with every other occasion that involved a Box o' Fun.

10) And finally, winning Hunger Royale with the help of an army of hover drones.

Taking down a Champion of Jormag Sinvar with about 10 other people and it still taking about 20 minutes.

(Please don't shout at me if it wasn't really a champion of Jormag, I can dream can't I :))

Spending an hour customizing my first character for the first time.

Seriously - I could spend an hour just picking hair styles, facial features, etc.... I love customization.

i agree but was some kind of disappointed with gw2 customization. It is not up to the standard of what you can get now. I think it's mainly a lack in hairstyles, makeup, tatoos, scars

Running into Stonemist flamethrower in hand burning my way to the top with 30+ people...

And then being flanked by Jade Quarry....
An epic battle was fought that day....
