The object of war is not to die for your world but to make the other bastard die for his.

Who is On The Edge?
On The Edge is a EU guild but we're accepting people from all over the world.
Originally we started off in Rift as a successful medium sized PvP guild on the Whitefall server.
We established a good core there, and found that we had good fun playing together as a guild.
After the release of Swtor, most of our core went to play that, until eventually we disbanded the guild in Rift and moved on with our lives.
But who cares about all that, because now it's back, and ready for the release of Guild Wars 2!
What is our goal?
We are a guild that is going to focus itself in WvW, sPvP and Tournaments but we also certainly don't want to neglect the large PvE part of the game. In this sense I guess you could call us a PvX orientated guild. The goal is to be a medium size guild focusing on competitive and fun gameplay, whilst getting to know each other, and to establish a nice guild where everyone can have fun. Like said, we aim to be a medium size competitive guild, what this means is that we would rather be running across the battlefield in smaller, cooperative groups, rather than a big unorganized zerg mess. Our smaller, well coordinated groups will be able to take on much bigger groups due to team-play and cooperative effort.
But at the end of the day, everything we achieve, we achieve as a guild in its whole.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for fun, friendly and skilled players who are ready to help the guild and each other to achieve greatness. You don't have to be all-knowing about everything, we are all here to help and teach each other. All we ask of you is that you are a competent player and that you have the will to help your fellow guildmates out. A large part of the guild is focused on teamplay, so we obviously do want members who can understand the concept of teamplay, and also act accordingly. At the moment we are using Raidcall as a voip client and we would like you to be on there for tournaments, coordinated WvW or even just to chill and talk. You are in no way obligated to always be on voice chat whenever you are playing, but in tournaments or WvW it just makes it that much easier to relay information and coordinate with your fellow guild members.
EDIT: We are playing on the Whiteside Ridge server
