With Street Rat, I just don't like the "buddy" character.

I was born poor in real life, I'll die poor regardless of what I do, might as well revel in it.

I'm sorry, but if you care about spoilers you would not be creating a thread specifically about spoilers. Besides, if you don't know what happened with Destiny's Edge by now you must have been living under a rock for the past 1-2 years, in which case it's unlikely you'd create/read a thread like this.
Lastly him being a betraying sack of **** is a point of contention and not really a factual spoiler of a event.
Reading what I said, you'd still have no idea what had happened had you no other information on the subject.

I thought he was commenting on what he does much later in the human storyline. I never played GW so I didn't understand the reference.

The event in question took place after the first game ended and before the second game started, it was covered in one of the books released to bridge the gap during guild wars 1 and guild wars 2. you will come to hear about it in game if you haven't read the books.
I apologies if I spoiled something for you, it's just that it's such a widely known subject I don't really expect anyone not to know about it if their interest in this game is large enough for them to be hanging out on gw2guru.

I don't mind at all that I know it wasnt from GW2 and beyond xD, I was thinking something along the lines of him becoming a Lich and joining Zhaitan lol.

It feels to me like the noble and street rat are always expected to do great things in storylines......while the Commoner is just that, the commoner.

Also the commoner is not that boring or anything. It's just dealing with regular bandits isnt that fun or glorious. Even if in the end they prove to be not so regular.

I played noble and street rat as well during the event, but Commoner is the one that I enjoyed the most, and definitely the one that surprised me and made me want to continue it. It's my favorite of the three.
