I have tried to get some of my friends to get guild wars 2 but none are interested so i'm hoping to find someone to play it with i preferably want someone who can speak full english and is under 20 - Thanks also add me on skype name - epiczninjaz

have you considered joining a guild.  there are quite a few that have posted in the recruitment thread

Why under 20 btw? But as posted above. plenty of guilds out there with voice communication such as Ventrilo and teamspeak Skype is pretty network heavy when playing an online game.
