There are a few issues i have with this build.
If you want to play this build take Rabid over Carrion Amulet, with Carrion you get condi damage, crit and toughness, which makes sense with your trait choices. Vitality and especially Power don't synergize well with that build.
Why take pistol range over pistol cooldown? You have a net turret and a flamethrower who are both midranged. I would take reduced CD any time over range, especially with two pistols.
Stabilized Armor is only good when you have crazy endurance regen. Most of the time you won't have full endurance.
Energized Armor, you have way to low toughness that this is good. You get 63 Power out of it (and you have a condition build to boot)
You have 2 elixirs in your build, take Alchemy instead of Inventions, you get condition removal out of it. And vitality to condition damage (still only 75 condi damage) or 20% reduced Cooldown for the elixirs.
Or go tools traitline, get speedy kits and adrenal implant. take medkit and get your heal recharged on 25% health too.
That's it for the build.
Playstyle wise use your toolbelt skills more often, especially the burn from flamethrower. And the net when you don't have your turret out.
Video quality is grainy, even on 1080p
Hope this helps you make a better build.

Meh. Not impressed. In the video you chase the zerg, proving nothing about this build. Show us what the build can do when you're in a 1v1.
Otherwise I think Weizen's critique is pretty accurate. It's a sub par build.
