We were promised more Charr horn options. Where Are They?

So, where are they? The charr have no new horn options, and no new face options. Now, while face options were not explicitly promised, horn options were. Yet we still only have 9 choices. What is Arenanet playing at?

I don't think so. If anything they TOOK OUT one of the male asura faces (if I remember correctly).
As for horns, there might be more, for a small number of gems of course...

Which one? As far as I know they were still all there...
Last time Asuras were playable (Gamescom 2011?), there wasn't more face, just many time the same one but with different eye color/style.
I wish they allowed us to choose our own eye style for 'em though.

Yet if we are promised something, and then the company doesn't follow through on that promise, it's a problem. Customization is a key concern for many people--and it's very one-sided at this point. Sylvari & Humans get numerous options, whereas Charr get very few.

Yes they did. It was stated in an interview "There will be more charr horn options on release."
Well, the game has been released. -shrug-

My opinion is that the Charr has some pretty good customization with patterns and color variation, not to mention you can customize your horns length (which in some cases make them curve).

Oh, don't worry, there'll be more customization the day they add recustomization tokens to the cash shop (we can only hope, however, that the unlocks will be account-wide instead of for the character you're currently on and that you get a free recustomization if you bought a new feature...).

This is a great quote from Arenanet that talked about Charr having boobs.
"So, you can either have no breasts, or six of them.

I've scoured Youtube for it, but it's old and I can't find it with all the new videos up. It was when the designers were doing a Charr preview--they went into CC and explained that more options were to come. If I find it, I'll post the link here.
No, release isn't until Tuesday--but it seems unlikely that they'd put the head-start people at any kind of disadvantage. Or have a head-start to begin with if everything isn't ready.

I guess they had to do something with all the sliced off charr boobs. They crammed all those spares inside every human and norn woman's chest--six per chest

I do have to say, I'm rather disappointed that it seems they aren't following through. Lack of more horn and face options has really bugged me throughout all the betas and stress tests, and I was holding out some hope that they'd surprise us on release. They did so much right with the charr, so it saddens me that they seem to have dropped the ball on this.
And I very much doubt anything new will be added on the 28th. If they did, they would have to give everyone who prepurchased the option to remake their character(s) or they would alienate a large chunk of their loyal fanbase by essentially going "Sure you supported us by buying the game before release -- or even before a date was announced -- but now you're not getting all the options and you have to delete a character if you want to use the new options." I don't see that happening, so what we see is what we've got.

No, there is very little to customize your toon in this game. This has the least options atm. They were supposed to add a dozen more options.
Ever play Aion?? Now that game has a MILLIONS ways to customize your toon, they allow you to create every single size over 200 faces over 90 hair styles, can create the size of every single body part can have every single hair color/style/ facial features and tattoos.
Also the fact that you are wearing a ugly robe in 95% of this game, all of pvp, and from lvls 1-40 every char looks the same in the same ugly robes, We can't even attack in our fashion set which is pretty lame
