You can transmute any 2 gears of the same type. The only reason I purchased that armor set, being that I was getting tons and tons of transmute stones from completing maps.

The armor when you use it for the first time gives you a free transmute.

Where did you get that armor from? Ever since character creation I've been wanting that set for my thief. I'm up to tier 5 in leathercrafting but I haven't seen it yet and I'm start to wonder if it's a rarer skin.

Outlaw's Shoulders
Leather Coat
Outlaw's Gloves
Medium Leggings (the starter ones)
Medium Boots (also starter ones)

Celestial dye, one of the most expensive dyes around. You can get it(with extreme luck) from cooking or unid dye drops, or you can buy it from the auction for ~2 gold
