Type 'netsh winsock reset' into cmd promt

When I open Gw2Setup I get the message 'Download failed! Please check your internet connection and try again.'

I've tried uninstalling antivirus software, disabling my firewall, running as administrator, running in various compatibility modes. Nothing works

I've even tried it on another computer and using another internet connection.

Please help!

Fixed by typing this into cmd.

'netsh winsock reset'

Hey man, didn't work for me, still getting the same errors. Any other suggestions?

N/M I turned off my firewall and it went through..
