I read frequently asked questions and used search function, but didnt get the info i was looking for.

My question:

Does anybody know until when the GW1 names are reserved?

It said it will be until regular start of GW2, so it should be today, but which time of day will it be exactly?

I hope i can get the game client till then, ... with my epically slow inet :DDD

It's not perfectly clear from that, but you should have at least 24 hours from launch time (which was about 2hours 40min ago as of when I post this) to create a character with the reserved name. Maybe a little more than that (not sure what the reference to clearing up support tickets filed that day translates to in terms of actual time.)
