really? click the link and there is nothing on resetting account. You have no phone number to call and all I get is a stupid form to fill out and wait while you guys respond to me. I understand people get hacked but you need better recovery features. Atleast have a human that I can speak to when I get hacked.
I got hacked today at 2:07 pm. They changed my email and bought some $150 in gems.
I knew attaching my CC was not smart but I figured it was Arena.net and it was secure and that they had a good account recovery system. (similar to blizzard) but I was very wrong.
I know I am angry at getting hacked but it's the process to get my account back that has really gotten me more angry. In WoW retreiving your account was cake compaired to GW2. I have to go to a support page and put in a ticket and wait till they feel like helping me.

Here is another thing. I call 866-367-9516 the number that is in my bank statement and they have an answering machine. the message says to go to help.ncsoft.com and speak to the live chat team. When i go there, it's live team is off today!!! They are off Mon, Tues, Wed, Sat, Sun!!!! WTF they only work on Thursday and Friday!!!! WTF. So I can't talk to no one. I can't chat with anyone. I just have to sit around hitting refresh on my email while one of your agents chooses to help me.
