Hey, I went into the Busted Flagon, and noticed that there's no bartender there, except for a player, who I assumed was rping one. There's a caller npc outside who is trying to recruit people for what I assume is the Bar Brawl, asking me to talk to the Headwaiter inside the Busted Flagon, and I looked all around and couldn't find him inside. Is this the same for anyone else? If It is, I'm assuming this'll be added sometime later like the Target Shooting.

I'm bumping this because I have been looking for bar brawl for an hour know and no one seems to know where it is or that it even exists. Are these achievements just to tease me?...

Bar brawl hasn't existed in the game yet, despite being one of the activities promised by arena net. However those achievements you mention are recent additions (in the last patch) so I can only guess they have plans to add it soon.

It's a bit sad because it was one of the first things they announced in the game (Bar-fights!) and yet they didn't add it.
