Use the new 310.57 BETA drivers.  They fix the flickering (unless one of your GPUs is bad/overheating)  

Also, make sure that you put the mode for SLi on Alternate Frame Render 1.

Thanks for the quick response! I can't find any 310.57 (only 310.54). Do you know when they were released?

EDIT: When I install the 310.54 and switch to Alternate Frame Render 1, after logon the screen goes black and it locks up. I have to CTRL-ALT-DELETE to kill GW2.

Did you do a clean installation?   If so, it sounds like you might have a defective GPU.  Try switching the position of your 460s.  Put the bottom card on the top, top on the bottom.  See if that resolves it.

Yeah, I think he meant 310.54. That's the most recent beta release on Geforce.com.

I did swap the cards and long story short, now they are working. Thanks! Note: I did need to leave the SLI settings on auto to get the boost in performance. Alternate Frame Render 1 seemed to be the same as running on 1 GPU.

Just doubled my framerate in GW2, thanks!!
