Actually, the boots aren't the Karma gear from Orr, but thanks for the compliment
I'll give a break down on gear and dyes:

CoF Shoulders (Silver/Silver/Mithril)
Lionguard Chest (Silver/Abyss) - It's actually random mid level Karma gear sold by certain vendors. I got mine from Explorer Brokkar in Dredgehaunt Cliffs. It was called Heavy De Molish Chestpiece.
Dark Gloves (Silver/Abyss/Abyss) - Also Karma gear. Got mine from Scholar Merla at the R & D Waypoint in Cursed Shores. Was called Cachistic Gauntlets.
Hotw Legs (Burgundy/Abyss/Abyss)
Barbaric Boots (Silver/Silver) - Crafted Heavy Boots.

Not that complicated of a colour scheme really

boots are barbaric, the rare lv80 craft skin. and the chest you can get from karma vendors on lv40-50 zones or invader set from wvw

Helm: Priory Helm (Durmand Priory armor vendor)
Shoulders: Arms of Koda (Honor of The Waves dungeon vendor)
Chest: Ascalonian Breastplate (Ascalonian Catacombs dungeon vendor)
Legs: Fur of Koda (Honor of The Waves dungeon vendor)
Gloves: Heirloom (Hall of Monuments)
Boots: Heirloom (Hall of Monuments)

Dyes: A mix of Frost, Gold, Illumination, Iron and I think Chalkboard, and the emblems on the shoulders are Scarlet.

EDIT: Bandages on legs are Rawhide, Calfskin or some other light brown.

It's actually the Gladiator Boots (same as gloves). Also crafted.
The chest is the same as mine, I broke it down at the top of this page
Rest is Draconic Legs and T2 Human cultural shoulders.

As with my guardian, I am still levelling up this guy, so I am also using drops. He just outgrew his worn scale pieces and now he's stuck with a more basic looking set. Still, when you look this good ...

Updated my Corvus. Trying to get that "roman general" look. Can't find a good shield to fit with it. As for the sword, i know there's a gladius skin (Honor of Humanity?) that i can get for around 5g.

Oh and wtb red cape for my back slot......

The gold trim on the helm and chest don't quite match the rest since the shoulders and gloves don't have an additional colour slot to dye.
Also I would say the gloves don't quite match, but obviously it's hard to find something that fits
I would suggest maybe the Honor of the Waves dungeon token chest? That reminds me of Ancient Roman style armour a bit and it has this piece of cloth sort of thing at the back that you can dye red. It's also sleeveless which fits the theme since that's how Roman breastplates used to be for the most part.
That, or the Vigil chest which also reminds me of Roman style armour.

Other than that it's a cool look, I think it fits your Norn well
