I created my ticket on 9/2/12 with absolutely no acknowledgement.
I originally used a curse beta key to register my account; worked. I then pre-purchased the game at Gamestop and used the beta/stress test key; worked. They told me they no longer had headstart keys, so I got a refund and pre-purchased the game at guildwars2.com, i registered the key and was able to play all the way up to official launch. Now it says to register my game...
When I attempt to re-register my key it says I am already registered, but when I attempt to launch the game I'm not registered. I can only think that the keys are in conflict.
I'm OK with bugs. I'm OK with waiting. What I'm not OK with is not even getting an acknowledgement of the support ticket or from Facebook, or from Twitter, or from the stupid support forum that doesn't let me log in (had to use my brothers acct to post).
