I'm sure many others also noticed several unique exotics with fixed stats that can seemingly only be made via the mystic forge. (these are not used for crafting legendaries it seems)

Sadly i've only managed to find one:
-40 mystic coins, 50 large skulls, 1 crystal & 1 eldritch scroll make gaze, a focus shaped like a small humanoid skull.


Mind you i haven't decided on whether i want to soulbind it to my guardian so i don't have a properly zoomed in picture but it's the same skin as the skull enviromental weapons and it can be transmuted.

Did anyone else find any other recipes yet?

Is this only usable in PvP since it requires arcane crystals?

nah those are the "crystals" the ncp near the mystic forge in lions arch sells for (5 for 1 skill point if i remember correctly)
Though i doubt you could use these for pvp.

Any chance for a pic of Naegling?

I'm trying to decide on an exotic Greatsword to use until I manage to churn out a legendary, but it's a tough choice if you don't know how one of them looks.

Thanks! For some reason I couldn't find the preview pic in that post. And now I feel kind of stupid.

Isn't that the same skin as Dusk btw?

Finally got a third eldritch scroll,

tested out what items could be used with the eldtritch scroll from the mystic forge (didn't check mini's though):

-Steel Ingots, Gold Ingots & Orichalcum Ingots
-Seasoned Wood Plank, Ancient Wood Plank
-Spool of Gossamer Thread
-Vial of powerful Blood, Ancient Bone, Pile of Crystalline Dust, Vicious Claws, Vicious Fangs & Powerful Venom Sacs.
-Amber Pebble, Pearl, Coral Orb, Opal Orb & Ruby Orbs.

And found some new unknown recipes:

Showed my friend the list of recipies and we scienced up the "Scroll, 30 coins, 250 pearls and 20 opal orbs" recipe and got this.

I made a rusttooth myself as well yesterday, even made profit on it for a change. (though i was tempted to walk around with a saw as a  weapon)
Still there should be over a hundred of these recipes, i'm wondering what other items they work with... random trophies?, Specific karma vendor weapons?

Anyway i'll be chugging the information found s far on wiki; http://wiki.guildwar...e/Other_Weapons

I see there GS Vision of Mists, any idea how it looks? Its pretty expensive, makes me think its something very cool

I was browsing IDs and found some nice looking stuff that include a stack of ectos in it's creation. Ids are to put in in-game chat.

~ 1 edrich scroll + 50 mystic coins + 250 ectos + 250 X series ~

*250 ancient large hilts : Harpoon [&AgFOeQAA]
*250 orichalcum greatsword hilts : Vision of the Mists [&AgFMeQAA]
*250 focus related t6 items : [&AgFLeQAA]
*Scepter : [&AgFSeQAA]
*Shield : [&AgFUeQAA]
*Axe : [&AgE6eQAA]


A nice looking bow, but I doubt it requires a stack of ectos (as diffrent color). [&AgFieQAA]
