Let's say over a two minute period, whats the fastest we can create illusions, phantasms, and clones?
Has anyone crunched the numbers on illusion making speed yet?

Everything except Scepter #1 is pretty easy to compute (how do I get the Scepter attack speed?).
The unit of this will be C/s, Clones per second.
Non-weapon abilities
Decoy (40s CD) - 0,025 C/s
Mirror Images (45s CD) - 0,044 C/s
Phantasmal Disenchanter (20s CD) - 0,05 C/s
Phantasmal Defender (30s CD) - 0,03... C/s
Maximum: ~0,12 C/s, or 7,2 Clones per minute.
Downed
Deception (15s CD) - 0,06... C/s
Phantasmal Rogue (20s CD) - 0,05 C/s
Total: ~0,12 C/s, or 7 Clones per minute.
Greatsword
Mirror Blade (8s CD) - 0,125 C/s
Phantasmal Berserker (20s CD) - 0,05 C/s
Total: 0,175 C/s or 10,5 Clones per minute.
Staff
Phase Retreat (10s CD) - 0,1 C/s
Phantasmal Warlock (18s CD) - 0,05... C/s

Illusionary Counter (12s CD) - assuming 500ms until block happens, 0,08 C/s

Illusionary Leap (12s CD) - 0,083... C/s
Illusionary Riposte (15s CD) - again assuming 500ms, 0,065 C/S
Phantasmal Swordsman (15s CD) - 0,06... C/s
Total: Assuming you block a whole lot, 0,21 C/s or 13 Clones per minute.
Focus
Phantasmal Warden (25s CD) - 0,04 C/s
Total: 2,4 Clones per minute.
Pistol
Phantasmal Duelist (15s CD) - 0,06... C/s
Total: 4 Clones per minute.
Torch
Phantasmal Mage (30s CD) 0,03... C/s
Total: 2 Clones per minute.
Spear
Feigned Surge (8s CD) - 0,125 C/s
Illusionary Mariner (why the hell is this not called Phantasmal... ?! - 20s CD) - 0,05 C/s
Total: 0,175 C/s or 10,5 Clones per minute. Due to the way surge works, usually much less than this, however.
Trident
Spinning Revenge (15s CD) - 0,06... C/s
Illusionary Whaler (*breaks something* - 20s CD) - 0,05 C/s
Total: 7 Clones per minute.
Traits
I won't calculate the dodge one, that's not really a stable number.
We can get -20% Illusion CD from 5-Illusions, this results in +25% C/s.
We can get another -20% CD on Phantasms only, again granting those another +25% C/s.
Potential maximum would then be Scepter + OH Sword, resulting in 35,88 Clones per minute baseline.
This is increased by 25% total once (= 44,85) and once again by 25% just for the Phantasms (= 47,1).
So, 47,1 Clones per minute or ~0,785 C/s.
This is without Dodging or triggering Clones on 25% HP.
Interesting problem here is that we can only drain 12 + 6 + 4 + 3 = 25 Clones per minute with Shatters. If you use the Signet of Illusions on CD that'd go up to ~41,6 Clones per minute used, so you can nearly match it. But it'd still take the trait to reset your shatter skills on HP-loss to really keep up with the speed, as the above number was without any trait-generated clones.

The scepter 1 attack cycle is ~3.60 seconds.

Confused about this part. Did you mean to say -20% Illusion CD, and -20% CD on weapon specific skills? What gives you -20% CD on generating phantoms?

Argh, made a stupid mistake in figuring in our passives. The numbers per weapon are spot-on, the maximum at the end isn't. I'll get that fixed later and make a spreadsheet from it, busy right now.
