I've been working on a support build for dungeons. Haven't had a chance to try it but let me know what you think. I'm not sure if there's too much condition removal or what. Maybe the elixer R could be replaced with elixer U for personal dps.

Anyway. Please Critic.

Power/precision based gear

Or this with more of a survival oriented build with some condition damage gear

http://gw2skills.net...hBSBglXie8YUGkB

kinda prefer the second myself

Here is a crazy idea:
http://gw2skills.net...L6R fMlB;TEAg1A

you get +50% endurance regeneration and you should have vigor up most of the time. There is also food that gives another +40% endurance regeneration. That is +130% endurance regeneration!

You gain recharge on your toolbelt skills (elixirs). For more cleansing

Kit refinement allows you to have a light field up 24/7.

Use precision jewelry to gain more crit chance to get those swiftness buffs (and vigor!).

Here is a build with 26k hp, a poison combo field and the light combo field:

I like the idea, but the issue is that you are putting points into increased rifle damage, but you are also using the elixer gun. When you equip the elixer gun, it will remove your rifle and you will lose the bonus damage and stats from that - unless i'm misunderstanding the build.

engineer dps is through grenade kit and requires 30 traits; a waste if you want to support. boosting other forms of damage (rifle/flamethrower) only to put out lackluster dps is pointless and requires too many traits and stats to still maintain an effective support role.

full support: http://gw2skills.net...dJ6y2lrLZXjNmgA

bunch of team heals, boons, survivability and condition damage for when your teammates aren't dying.

I've tried grenade spec with the kit. The dps isn't that amazing at 80 and it's pretty boring. I've been running the second build I linked in explorables and it seems to work. I just miss the burst rifle can give. 4k blunderbuss, 7k jump shots. But the condition damage is decent and way more utility

So you have sPvP amuletts available in dungeons? And you already got max stats gear?
Youre not going to use endurance food in dungeons btw because usually you want the magic find.

The build is use atm for dungeons:
http://gw2skills.net...5xb1WQIA;TEAjCA

its mostly a pure dps spec but the 2xSuper elixir + regeneration and the blast combo finishers offers very good support. It may also be the best AoE damage-spec available in GW2.

for WvW i exchange the turret with medkit and if im solo i change the mines to elixir B.

Nah I was wrong, the pve set has power/precision and toughness instead of vitality I think (knight).

What gear are you using?
I have explorer noble (80 rare) with explorer jewelry. I think I want to try berserker set next with divine runes (expensive as hell though).
This is the build I am using right now (30/30/0/10/0): http://gw2skills.net...fewWtFEC;TEAjCA

In terms of food usage, limiting yourself to magic find is not needed. The 40% magic find 20% boon duration is obviously good, but there is also the dodge food for specific fights, -condition duration food for specific area’s, the +40% condition duration food (long freeze) and even the ghost popper peppers.

In terms of pure DPS, I did some testing in the PvP mists, and as far as I can tell a berserker set would be absolute top damage (30 explosives and 30 tools).

While the mines have a nice blast finisher, I haven’t had much success playing with them so far. Perhaps I should give them a chance (change the bomb kit maybe).
