Does anybody notice that Charr look absolutely massive in the character select screen. Charr are relatively the same size as the norn but in the character select screen they look way bigger.
Some screenshots for comparison:

The part that bothers me the most is the cut off top of the head. Maybe they could zoom out of the model a little bit.

Obviously this is not a game breaking issue, but it is a little annoying to see when your logging in. We all know Arena Net is a company that loves the small details and this is a small detail.

Mine fits, but she is the shortest possible Charr and still takes up the entire screen. They probably could do with being zoomed out a little.

I think it's because they are standing straight.

Its pretty much the same stance in game when your Charr is idle.

I just don't know if this is a big enough issue for Arena Net to even think of because your in character select screen for only a moment and a minority of people have Charr characters anyways

Does it really matter? You're playing as an animal, your face is covered in fur

Since we're on this subject, no one noticed that characters heights are wackily scaled during dialogue sequences?
My female charr, who is very petite and small, has a bigger body than Rytlock during dialogue scenes....

Depends on the server. My server is charr heavy, but I knew it would be and that's why I joined it. I tend to see a lot more charrs and humans around than anything else. Curiously, on that selfsame server, asura and sylvari are more rare.

Of course, this means that the rare sylvari/asura tend to stand out, because I tend to try to figure out how long it's been since I saw the last one. >_> So on my server, asura and sylvari are the minority characters.

Does it really matter? Your character has one of a few limited facial choices, all of which look like china dolls.

I mean, really. Everyone has different aesthetic values. And clearly this does matter to the OP.

More on the subject of Charr size, I really dislike that setting your male Charr's height right in the middle expecting to be average actually makes you a tiny babyman Charr. I don't think I've seen a single Charr NPC that isn't far taller than me.

The whole height option in CC could use some comparisons with others.

I have noticed this! My female charr is the opposite--huge and bulky. She's much larger then Rytlock, but he often towers over her in cutscenes, or is the same height.

Yeah, I maxed my charr's height--wanting her to be noticably tall and built, but most charr are either her height or only the slightest bit smaller then her. I've also noticed that female charr NPC's are on average much bigger than male charr NPC's--which is odd because lore states that females are smaller (and again, it messes up my RP because my charr was supposed to be abnormally large for female)

My charr's the smallest size and build (and also head!) and he still doesn't fit.
