Hello guys , today i heard there is a exotic weapon karma vendor thats spawns after you kill the Claw of Jormag , i have looked for him everywhere but i cant find him. I dont have enough gold to buy weapons from the TP and i have around 50k karma at the moment. So my question is: Do you know the exact spawn location of the vendor and how much time he stays there before he is gone , also how much karma 1 weapon costs. Thanks in advice and sorry for my bad english.

This is not true afaik. He sells some recipes for exotics though (the exotic ones, like http://www.gw2db.com...rrupted-longbow ). And he spawns somewhere north of the troll spawn, it's a small camp with a tent if I remember correctly

So there is no vendor that sells any exotic weapons and the only way to obtain a weapon is by dungeons or crafting?
