Sup guys,

I really would like to know if any of you know the best healing build available for any class, in the BWE's there were some *perfect* healing builds out for guardian/elementalists but since alot of things changed they're not really viable anymore.

While the game was intentionally designed to make "pure healers" non-viable, there are some classes which are more healing heavy.  My main choices would be a combo field Elementalist, a Guardian, an Engineer, or a spirit spec Ranger.  Some of these are more healing focused that other, but they seem to be the main ones.  (Though a Necro running some kind of well spec might has some interesting healing / condition removal options.)

As a person who plays a Warrior and a Thief, I can easily say that they're not very healer oriented.  (There is some theory crafting about a pseudo-healer Thief build, but I really don't think that it's very effective.)  Beyond that, I don't have a lot of first hand experience.

Well there is also the Mesmer "Healer" Build with the most Important Trait "Restorative Mantras" and the Mantra of Pain which only has 1 Second Cooldown to Spam-Charge it to maintain some sort of AoE-Healing.

But ANet doesn't want pure healing, and when any build of any class comes too close of being a viable healer-only, it'll be nerfed anyway. So... go for the Class you like and create are more supportive Build, every class can do that, and that's the closest you can get in the long run...

a pseudo-healer warrior as you put it would outheal a ranger

the only reason why ranger healing spring works is because OTHER classes bring blast finishers.

as an 80 ranger delving into explorables i tell you i'm seriously considering rerolling guardian or necro to have some actual group utility beyond healing spring, the pet revive thing and spirit of nature.

rangers need help in this department, badly.

You just listed 3 very good group assisting abilities that you can have available all at the same time, and then complain that you have no group utility??? You do see the irony right?

I have a Necro in my guild that specced healing/support for WvW with full exotic healing/toughness gear and he can heal for a ton.

Basically the healing well, life transfer heals allies, and leaving death shroud heals in area with cool down reductions.

I could see guardian being a really good healer/support also.

It's not mine, it's a guildmates.

I don't know his exact build, but I do know he runs 30 in blood magic with ritual of life, transfusion, and deathly invigoration.

He has at least 10 in soul reaping for 15% death shroud skill cooldown and 10 in death magic for 20% cooldown on staff skills.

I'm not entirely sure if he uses his remaining 20 points in curses for targetable wells or more into soul reaping though and just runs in to cast them. I do know he is extremely tanky because all of his gear has toughness/healing and necros already have the highest base health pool.
