My latest necromancer fresh to 80.  All gear is level 80 exotics or rares that have been transmuted with different skins - Dry Bones shoulder and gloves, exotic Acolyte chest and legs, Wraith mask from the character creation, and Modniir staff.  Colors used are tungsten, ebony, and midnight red.

Hey Petal, except for the face masque, everything else is the Order of Whispers light armor. See here for more info:

It's available to players who chose to join the Order of Whispers in their personal storyline. Personal opinion is that the look of the helm is terrible on Asura and makes even a haired one look bald, so I always choose to hide it. But I have thoughts about transmuting it with the starter skull masque as is seen in that screenshot, so I have the stats but keep the appearance I want.

Ty Xekk...I have a baby Asura Necro.  I love the way the cloth robe looks on your char.  So much is lost to the asura in armor details but I love this one!

That's why I started a second necromancer and made him Charr... I love my first necro, but good armors looks so underwhelming on Asura =\

Agree. At the most superficial level of things, Asura is the most un-peen of all the races. Everything is scaled smaller so those who are looking to flaunt their incredible gear will feel very underwhelmed using Asura. They'd be better off going for Norn and choosing the biggest build for the physique.

I think the Asuras have plenty of character and great animations to make up for their small stature. Just because they're small doesn't mean they don't kick butt. And I'm pretty small built myself in real life.

And much as I'd like to imagine others would be paying attention to my toon, in reality I don't believe people pay much attention to others at all in this game.

But for our own satisfaction, we still (should?) strive to make a good-looking toon. That's because we spend all our gaming hours with the camera centered on it.

I'm here to make you all regret not making Charr Necromancers! I felt like a more unconventional theme was in order for my Charr since it's not a typical caster race in most people's eyes and D/D is a pretty unusual spec for a caster in general.
