character stuck help

OMG...My character fell into a crevice and can't get out.

I can't move out, jump out, can't get killed or die, I can't teleport out. Logout and Logoff doesn't help either, when I log back on I go back to the same stuck position.

Support in this games is absolutely helpless and can't ee be contacted. There is no online game support. It sucks like a pile of crap.

Does anyone here know of a way to "unstick" a character ... most games have that but I can't find one here.

Thanks in advance for any useful advice.

How come you can't click on any waypoint to teleport out? Or just go to the pvp tab of the hero page and click on go to Heart of the Mists?
