I have been trying to figure out what gear this is below?

the hands are from the HoM, is all I know.

That's the heritage armor set, all pieces except for the gloves, which are different (don't know what set they are). You cen get these items by earning them in the original Guild Wars and linking your two accounts.

1. Hood is a Thief character creation hat
2. Gloves are a reward for getting 30 points in the HoM
3. The rest is part of the Heritage Armor set, another reward from the HoM
