I don't suppose anyone could tell me how to get to the POI above Bane Waypoint in Black Citadel?  I just can't figure it out, and apparently humans aren't welcome here, because no one is responding to my query.

In fact, I see people moving around town, but no one is talking at 'all' in map, which is odd.

I promise, I'll leave, take a long hot shower ( ), and never come back!  I just have that one POI to go.

It's probably an instance entrance. Go to the top floor then go close to the door and hit enter instance
