Most of the laws relating to faulty goods assume you can fully test those goods fairly quickly.
By its nature a complex game like this may well take well over 30 days to discover the problem.
I doubt this has been tested to any extent though, pretty new territory for the law.
Happy to keep playing myself so good luck whatever decision you make.
