im sorry but how did you miss out on silvers when its statisticaly next to impossible for any chest to drop somthing that then salvages into a crystal? (yes when you take gold chest it has chance to drop gear made of crystals/silvers but its very rare. and then you must salvage these items to get your crystal/silver (even more rare) when you look at it based on the statistics of what people have recored showing up ingame its pretty much pointless to TRY and get crystals/silvers. its 100% luck. you may try once and get 3 you may try 300 times and get none.

Old bug that still happens with paid gear.
The issue was very much real, people were not getting chests or mats from de for a full 3 weeks.
Even now with Paid gear, you can de a full chest and get no matts or tokens.
Bug is a bug, please try to keep up.

You seriously need to work on your English skills.
SILVER chests are completely different from arcane SLIVERS.
