Hello,

i am a level 80 ranger with a shortbow/axe+torch condition build. I Cannot decide what 3rd stat i would like on my new exotic bow to craft after precision and conditional damage. Do you think it is most beneficial to use toughness vitality or power for the 3rd stat.
