Requirements:
1.) You love theorycrafting.
2.) You love discussing, inventing and trying out new strategies and tactics.
3.) You like winning by intellect, skill level and class synergy.
4.) You don't mind adjusting your build for the success of the team as a whole.
5.) I don't give a **** about your rank but we're all above 30 (>40 myself) and I expect you to have at least some experience in GW2 matches.
6.) Always be constructive. Winning and losing are both essential to becoming a better team.
7.) Never talk about failures (your own or by other players) *during* the game, only *afterwards*.
8.) Don't be arrogant / egoistic.
9.) Be cool. Be a bit crazy. Have some humor. Play a lot.

We are looking for 1 dedicated player to replace 1 person of our main team roster who can play at 7 pm GMT +1 (Berlin) each day, on a competitive level. Don't apply if you don't know at least all important class skills. /w me ingame

Still looking for skilled players who are able to communicate well (you should talk a lot on TS and announce the important stuff) with the team. Ideally you're r40+/30+ and played ~800 tournament matches. You can /w me ingame but don't expect an instant response because I'm usually busy / in a tournament.
