I've finally geared up but I'm missing the rabid equivalent for my accessories (Condition damage, precision, toughness).  A look through the auction house and GW2DB tell me the closest thing to exotic gear in the set is the lucky rabbits foot?  Anyone know if the rabid gear is obtainable.

(More embarrassing- I'm a 400 jewelcrafter, let me know if I missed something)

You aren't missing anything, outside the PvP neck it currently straight up doesn't exsist.

You'll have to find dungeon based exotics as well as a few exotic karma pieces.  I just got my Light Mortal Leggings today to the tune of 42k karma, and they are Rabid stat based.  However, the rest of the set doesn't match up with that... it seems to be that the various karma vendors in Cursed Shore sell the different sets with different stats on each unique piece, but all with the same skin.

Thus, you'll need to figure out which vendor sells which piece with rabid stats.  I know that Grenth Temple area karma vendor (after completing Grenth successfully) sells the light leggings with rabid stats though.

I've gotten a few Medallion of the Rabid from the chest that spawns at the end of the "Destroy the dredge mining camp" event in Frostgorge Sound... not sure if you can put them into accessories or not, though. :(

Those items can be crafted now:

If anyone knows where to get the recipe, please tell!

Edit: Seems like the recipes can be dropped in the corresponding dungeon. So the recipe for Colossus Fang, which needs Ascalonian Tears, can be found in AC.

I stated my thoughts on this already in another thread.

Quote

With the latest patch they actually added exotic jewelry with rabid stats to the game.

Since dungeon tokens are required to craft them, I assume the recipes can be obtained from the respective dungeon.

I am almost 100% sure that you can get the recipes as rare loot from dungeon chests.
