I just placed a couple of low custom orders in the AH and had several gold just immediately disappear, no record of transaction, nothing.  Just a head's up, things are still very buggy.

This has happened to me before the maintenance of it, but always an hour later I would find the money again or the bid would be placed. Sometimes its just TB lag.

I try not to get concerned about it unless I don't see it after 6 hours or so.

Dw, the tp will cough up the money or items later. It will. Else anet will refund your coins or items u bought

Years ago when I used to play this free online game, there was a glitch with the 'auction house' there as well and I lost the equivalent of over 300,000 copper. Reported it and heard nothing. But that was a free game, so it was kinda expected. Surely hope it would be different with a paid game.

I lost 40 silver on the trading post just before it went down last night. I fully expect to never see it again.

Have you checked the Pick Up section? I found the same thing - turns out my money had just gone there when the transaction had failed. it may well be bugged, but it's worth checking there just in case.

Thanks for the replies, but I never bought anything.  Twelve hours later and still no gold, no items and no record of a transaction.  Checked bank and BL trader to be sure.

Just a head's up to anyone using the AH.  There are hundred's of people with this issue on the boards and huge amounts of gold vanished, but just thought I'd stick a warning here.

I had this issue before and it took a good couple of hours before it finally arrived (the item and a part of the money that i lost)

I lost 3g that way and never saw it again. Can't be bothered to make a ticket for such a low amount of gold though.
