I saw this picture at the gallery and I think the rifle skin is very cool.
I searched the GW2DB but couldn't find it.
Can someone tell me the name of this rifle?

I think that's the Steam Rifle, a pretty common drop in Charr areas - However, you'd be best to check the PvP locker to confirm it rather than just taking my word.

I just checked with a crap steam rifle in the Norn area and it looked same as that picture.
The angle and reflection made the steam rifle look shiny and seamless as if it had one barrel with black colored grip.
