So yeah, I checked the TP today and happened across parts of a set called Shiro.

Does anyone have screen shots of this by chance, preferably on females?

Also, are there any other sets based of GW1 characters?

don't have screenshots, but I know there is a devona's heavy set and I think I saw an "aiden's mask" for mediums.

Pretty sure it looks the same as the Duelist set, since Nika's look just like it.

Oh, that's a shame. I was hoping for a shiro tagachi inspired outfit.

here is a pic from the leggings, so you could go into the mists and compare with all the trousers to figure out which set this is.

I haven't seen anything about a Shiro set, but I did get a "Rurik's Helm" from the Ancient Karka event.  Despite the name, however, it looks absolutely nothing like anything Rurik wore in GW1, or anything else in GW1 for that matter.  Personally, I think its pretty ugly really.  I'll try to post a screenie later.

The named medium sets indeed share the skin with the Duelist set.

All named armor sets use the skins for generic looted exotic pieces of their type:

Heavy: Pit Fighter
Medium: Duelist (Arduin's link ^^^)
Light: Acolyte
