I know you can get the armor and weapons of that stats from dungeon vendors, but do accessories exists with these stats outside of sPvP?

Yep, if you don't want to buy them from the TP, then you can buy some with karma from WvW bases... of rare quality anyway.

Not sure how they'd end up in the TP since you can't craft anything in that combination, and all possible zone completion rewards etc. will be soulbound (trinkets are funny in that way), but yeah many Karma vendors sell stuff with those stats.

so I guess my next question is...Why isn't there an exotic version of these accessories in PvE?

i believe power vit toughness is kinda overpowered. I do need that stats for my set as well as some precision. So what i did was i went for Knights armor(power precision toughness) and used a vitality rune for all 6 armors. For accessories i buffed up power and vitality.
The end results is nearly the same as the one i originally planned.

I also want to ask why the developers didnt include soldier set to be crafted/hunted

There's soldier armor (some explorable dungeons, AC being one) just not accessories. Although there may even be accessories now considering they've added a ton of unique accessory recipes... or are they from the mystic forge, I can't remember.

I have been looking everywhere for exotic back pieces and jewellery with power, toughness, vitality stats but could not find them anywhere in PVE areas.

There is exotic jewellery with those stats in WvW for badges but they have there upgrade slot empty, there are no jewel's / orbs in the game currently that have those stats so you can't even create a whole set of those sets. They are also in spvp just not in PVE.

There are rare versions of those stats just not exotics, for some reason they were never put into the game.

There is an ascended back piece aswell with those stats which is weird. They never put exotics of them in the pve part of the game and they never put the stats on orbs like all the others.

I would love to ask them why and see what they say.

There's actually an exotic amulet that has those stats that has been in the pure PvE game since day 1 - the Emerald Pendant, though it is rather costly at ~30 gold and not all that much cheaper for the raw components. As for back items, one of the exotic fractal back items has soldier's stats. And all bar the back slot are available from the WvW armor vendor, 528 badges for the amulet, 396 for each ring and 330 for each accessory.

The lack of an exotic upgrade for soldier's items however is definitely odd, though not without precedent, as in GW1, the situation was basically the same with +5 energy weapons until Factions came out. So, exotic soldier jewels for an expansion, perhaps? Diamonds, anyone?
