Just going to go ahead and mention now that I need help, and this isn't a build thread really, although take from it what you wish.

I mainly play WvW with my guild, and I want to play offensively.
right now I'm running 10/30/30/0/0, sword/shield & sceptre/focus. (three meditation build)

What my main question is, is what armour should I be running? I already know I want to run Divinity runes, but as far as what set of armour/(armour traits) I'm totally lost.
I was thinking power/tough/vitality, but I cant even find any on TP.
And what Amulet/accessories as well?

Keep in mind again, I want decent survivability, but still be able to dish out the damage.

Also for my weapons I plan to run sigil of Air on main, and sigil of accuracy on off-hand.

Thanks for taking the time to read this if you did, and appreciate the help.

When using right handed trait, it's hard not to be power/tough/vit. You can only get it from dungeons, WvW, and Karma vendors so it's tough to get a full set.

I'm personally going to use a combination of berserker and power/tough/vit gear, starting with heavy berserker until I get more pieces of the other.

I'd recommend a full knight set - toughness (main), precision, power. Mixing berserker with anything else yields questionable results, because crit damage bounces off other crit damage, crit chance and power, all the while berserker items make you lose out on a lot of points just for the crit damage. Power toughness vitality gear is not really meant for offensive builds, you will not be able to DPS with that and your survivalability will be marginally higher than with a knight set. As an added bonus, you can buy full crafted exotic knight set off TP (and it's compatible with many builds and setups). I won't comment on the build itself.

i was planning on going with a knight set and then slotting crit damage  runes etc  along with beryl rings of the valk for vita power and crit damage ,

However i have decided to make a  beserker set and wear the beryl rings earring etc of the valk  and instead slot the power /toughness /vita  runes bought off the karma venders . in frostgorge

i`m only losing 60 tougness but gain a lot of hit points and crit /crit damage .

If you are still looking for Power, Toughness, Vitality you can get 5/6 pieces that you need from the temples in Orr. You will have to mix and match however the helmet is the only one I could not find from the temples so I got the invaders helm from badges of honor in WvWvW. I run a Power, Toughness, Vitality build focused around my Aegis. I run with GS and Hammer. It is incredible fun and I still do a good amount of damage.

This is good advice to follow.

As for how to go about doing it.

First off I would go for mostly Berserker's armor with valkryie rings, earring's & amulet.

After that proceede to run dungeons & fartm karam until you have enough tokens/karma to buy exotic gear that adds power, toughness & vitality.

The best WvW Offensive Guardian Build I've been able to come up with is this one:

Ultra Guardian Build

It's a good balance of high DPS with good survivability.  You can get more DPS if you go full-out glass cannon, but I find upping your survivability is a huge difference in battles.  With orb bonuses, you can get to over 20K HP using this build while dishing out massive AOE crits.

I've done a lot of testing with this build and am very happy with the results.  I'm able to melt faces in combat, survive most situations, and offer some utility to the group as well.  It's an over-all well balanced option for offensive-based Guardians.
