Im a new player, and got to level 30 on my elementalist, i've been at kessex hills since 20, and im getting bored of it so, whats the best area for doing pve content at 30+;

Gendarran Fields is likely you next most logical area to explore.  It's for level 25-35.

Pick different racial areas and switch between them.

This is a game where exploring is fun. There are lots of little details to see and hear.

That said, the Charr areas are more interesting if you played the original Guild Wars, as they're the old human areas from that game. And you may have a preference between grassland, jungle, snowy mountain or whatever.
