It was one of the interesting parts of Guild Wars 1 where you had many sets and you simply mixed them around.
I plan to come up with this (using the pvp locker) for my warrior: https://pbs.twimg.co...CkhCAAAlGaT.jpg
(Kudos points to people who figure out which pieces I used)
It's quite hard to try and match a set as they have different themes e.g. fur-outlining, etc but I think I did quite well. Although trying to make a ranger outfit simply just ended in failure. Buttcapes everywhere. Didn't try much of the light armor type or non-vigil clothing.

I'm actually planning on mixes for almost all of my characters, because I really dislike a lot of the armors in game as entire sets, but like many pieces individually.
there's pics of my engy and necro in the screenshots forum if you wanna see, can't get to them right now.

I always mix them up. These are the two sets my Necro wears the most often. There's about 7 different sets mixed up in there. XD

Engineer are pretty static compared to ranger/thief. Thief jump around all the time, dodge and stuff, the dress would be in the way. Ranger are too wild for a nice clean dress like this. The engineer simply lay back, look classy and shot lol.
